What Is a No-Tox Korean Skincare Routine? (My Botox Alternative Lineup)
A no-tox routine is hydration plus consistency: a collagen toner, a cream to lock it in, and a serum like the Medicube EGF NAD+ Firming Serum. It supports and hydrates your skin, and it does not do what Botox does.

Social media has convinced a lot of us that we need tox to age gracefully. I am not against anyone who wants it. I just wanted to show what I do instead, every single day, so you can see whether it fits your skin. This is my no-tox Korean skincare lineup, and the one step I never skip is the serum.

EGF NAD+ Firming Serum
Two drops pressed into smile lines, nightly once your skin is used to it. Weeks, not days.

If Botox has no haters, I'm dead. I will go to the ends of the earth to help the girls get that Botox, no Botox look. I would never get on here and tell you to buy something if it didn't have actual science behind the ingredients, and that's exactly why I could no longer ignore what Medicube was doing. Their anti-aging products are so good. They just get it. I just restocked on these because I cannot live without them: the Triple Collagen Toner and the Triple Collagen Cream. I use these every single day. Moving on to the duo that took over the internet. I got these stubborn dehydration lines for the longest time. I genuinely thought they were wrinkles. Throughout the day, when I see that little line popping back in, I like to just boop. I do not walk out of the house without these. They make me look alive again, and it makes me so happy. This EGF NAD Firming Serum is finally getting the love it deserves. I love this serum. You want receipts on a bottle? Here you go. If you guys have any questions, hopefully by the time you're seeing this video you see that orange card somewhere down here. I have been seeing this bundle sell out a lot.
What is a no-tox skincare routine?
It is a routine built around hydration and consistency instead of a needle. Skincare hydrates and supports your skin, and it does not do what Botox does. Those are different things and I want to be clear about that. What good products can do is make you look rested and plump, which for me means I do not feel like I need tox yet.
My lineup is all Medicube, bought with my own money. A collagen toner first, a collagen cream to lock it in, a jelly cream for the bouncy step, a pink stick I use on the go, and the EGF NAD+ Firming Serum. I am not telling you to buy all five. If I had to pick one to start with, it would be the serum.

What are dehydration lines and why do they look like wrinkles?
For the longest time I had stubborn little lines that showed up by the afternoon. I genuinely thought they were wrinkles. They were mostly dehydration lines, the kind that look deeper when your skin is thirsty and soften when it is not. I am not a doctor, so I cannot tell you what is going on with your skin, but when I started layering hydration properly mine stopped popping back in all day.
If you get that same look by 3pm, it is worth trying hydration first before you assume the worst.
How do I use the EGF NAD+ serum in a routine?
Two drops, pressed in, not rubbed hard. I use it after my toner and before cream so the cream seals everything in. I do not walk out of the house without it. It is the step that makes me look alive again, and it is honestly the one I get asked about most.
Give it weeks, not days. Nothing in a bottle works overnight and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you something. I also keep track of how my skin feels instead of chasing a perfect mirror moment.

Is it worth buying the whole lineup at once?
No. Add one product at a time. If you add five new things in the same week and your skin gets upset, you will never know which one did it. Start with the serum, give it a few weeks, then add the next step if you want it. I also keep seeing the bundle sell out, so if you want the exact serum, I linked it above.
Who this is not for
If you are on prescription retinoids or have very reactive skin, go slow and patch test first. Add one product at a time, not five. If you are expecting skincare to act like an injectable, this is not that, and I would rather tell you now than have you disappointed. And if you have a skin concern that is painful, spreading or not getting better, that is a dermatologist conversation, not a serum one.
No brand deal. No PR obligation. Just ingredients and data.

Questions I get about this
Can skincare replace Botox?
No. Skincare hydrates and supports your skin, and it does not do what an injectable does. A no-tox routine is about looking rested and hydrated, which is why I do not feel I need tox yet.
What are dehydration lines?
Fine lines that look deeper when your skin is thirsty, often showing up by the afternoon. Mine softened once I layered hydration properly, but I am not a doctor, so see one for anything painful or not improving.
Should I buy the whole Medicube lineup at once?
No. Add one product at a time so you know what your skin likes. I would start with the EGF NAD+ Firming Serum, give it a few weeks, then add the next step.
