medicube PDRN Collagen Gua Sha Neck Cream review: the step I kept skipping
PDRN Collagen Gua Sha Neck Wrinkle Cream. Neck and jawline cream with a built-in gua sha massager head, formulated with Volufiline 5% for the look of fine lines on the neck and decollete.
My verdict
I bought this because the gua sha is built into the cap, and that is genuinely the only reason I have stayed consistent with a neck step. The cream dispenses through the massager head, so there is no separate tool to lose. It hydrates and the area looks smoother and plumper while I am using it. It is not a lift, and I am not going to tell you it is.
How I use it
- Clean skin, night, after my face routine.
- A short squeeze straight onto the massager head.
- Slow upward strokes from the collarbone to the jaw, light pressure.
- Over the jawline and finish behind the ear.
- Sunscreen on my neck every morning. That does more than any cream here.
Who this is for
Anyone who does a full face routine and stops at the jaw, or who has started noticing the horizontal lines from looking down at a phone.
Who this is not for
Skip the massage entirely if you have active irritation, eczema or broken skin on your neck. If you already own a gua sha and actually use it, you do not need this format. And if you are expecting it to undo years of sun, it will not.
Questions I get about it
Which direction should you use a gua sha on your neck?
Upward only, collarbone toward the jaw, with light pressure. Downward strokes drag the skin the way it already creases.
Does a neck cream actually firm the skin?
No cream lifts. It hydrates and the skin looks smoother and plumper while you use it, and the massage helps you keep the habit. Structural change is a professional conversation.
Do you need a separate gua sha stone?
Not with this one. The massager is built into the cap and the cream comes out through it, which is the whole reason I stopped skipping the step.
