A body wash is not the exciting part of a routine and this one is not going to change your skin by itself. What it does is get the buildup off so the steps after it land on clean skin, which is the whole reason the routine works at all. Niacinamide, vitamin C and AHA BHA in a shower gel. If you are going to skip something in this set, skip the mist, not this.
How I use it
- In the shower, on the areas I am actually treating, not as a full body scrub.
- Let it sit on the skin for a moment before rinsing rather than washing it straight off.
- Rinse well, pat dry, then the peel shot and the pads go on after.
- Every day is fine. This is the gentle step in the routine.
- If your skin feels tight afterwards, you are leaving it on too long.

Anyone starting the kojic acid and turmeric routine, body texture and buildup, and people who want one product to test the idea before buying a set.
Who this is not for
Broken or freshly shaved skin, and anyone hoping a body wash alone will change tone. It is a cleansing step. The work happens in the steps after it.

Will a body wash alone fix dark underarms?
No, and I would not let anyone tell you otherwise. It is on your skin for under a minute. It cleans and it preps. The leave on steps are what work on the look of tone.
Can I use it every day?
Yes. This is the gentlest part of the routine. The peel shot is the one to keep to two or three times a week, not this.
Does it sting?
